1. Who we are

This website (division-finance.com) is operated by Dmitry Ryazanov, NIE Y5921461X, domiciled in 17310 Lloret de Mar, Girona, Spain ("we", "us", the data controller). For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact us through the Contact form on this site.

2. What data we collect and why

We collect personal data only when you actively provide it to us.

• Contact form: when you submit the Contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal or schedule a call. We do not use this data for marketing without your separate consent.
• Business Finance Survey: the survey at /survey/ is anonymous. We do not ask for your name, email, or any other identifying information, and responses are not linked back to you.

We do not collect payment information, government ID numbers, or any special category of data (Article 9 GDPR) through this site.

3. Legal basis for processing

We process the data you submit through the Contact form based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by voluntarily submitting the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Who we share data with

• Formspree, Inc. processes Contact form submissions on our behalf as a data processor, in order to deliver them to us by email. Formspree may process this data on servers located in the United States. See Formspree's privacy policy for details on their safeguards.
• Google Fonts: this site loads the Inter typeface from Google's font servers (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). Loading these fonts requires your browser to make a request to Google, which involves sending your IP address to Google. No cookies are set by this service. See Google's privacy policy.
• Google Apps Script / Google Sheets: anonymous survey responses (with no personal data) are stored using Google's infrastructure.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

5. International data transfers

Some of the processors above (Formspree, Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area, primarily in the United States. Where this occurs, it is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard, as implemented by each processor.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep Contact form submissions for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if a business relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship plus any period required by applicable tax or commercial record-keeping law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see Section 8).

7. Cookies

This website does not use cookies. We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts of any kind, and no cookie consent banner is shown because none is required. The only external resources loaded are the Google Fonts stylesheet described above, the Formspree endpoint used to submit the Contact form, and — on the survey page only — a Google Apps Script endpoint. None of these set cookies in the way this site uses them.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to or restrict our processing of your data
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal

To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the Contact form on this site. We will respond within one month, as required by law.

9. Complaints

If you believe we have not handled your personal data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD), or with the data protection authority of your own EU country of residence.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to the site or to applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
